Starfish Academy Pre-school
Starfish Academy started in 2016 with two classrooms and has now grown to six, catering from Baby class up to Grade 5. This takes the children from the ages of 3 up to 9.
Our Headteacher Mirriam was one of our University Students who studied Early Years teaching! When she completed her studies we worked with her to set up the Pre-School in an area where there hasn't been a Pre-school in the past. The local children now have the chance to learn English and other subjects at an early age so that when they go to Primary School they are not disadvantaged in comparison to children from better off neighbourhoods.
